Record of Support Order
To keep and protect the Judicial Records of the 52nd Judicial District Court in compliance with the State Constitution and State Statutes as they relate to serving the citizens, and by fulfilling the statutory duties required as the custodian of such records through the promotion and direction of professionalism and cooperation among the District Clerk’s staff.
The District Clerk is also charged with the accounting and disbursement of all child support payments by the Courts.
